And that’s a wrap

Third day in hospital,

Nothing has significantly improved.

Going home tomorrow to my dear wife, puppies and hospice care.

Can I still walk two miles? No idea.

Organ failure or infection are the most likely future scenarios.

Timeline unknown. Weeks? Days? A month or two? My times are in God’s hands, right where they’ve always been.

Too tired to hold my phone or do anything else. Nap, I hope. More later.

    1. It was so good seeing you this morning. You know our prayers continue for a miracle to happen but if not we will see you one day soon with the Lord Jesus Christ Himself by your side. What a day of rejoicing that will be!

  1. Praying for peace at home and the time to do and say what you want to say. I still pray for miraculous healing.

  2. You are in our hearts, Mark. On our way to a Viking River Cruise; got the idea from you and Liz last year. Love and peace and comfort you you both.

  3. Praying for the grace to continue to rest in God’s hands. He will never leave you nor forsake you and your family. “The LORD your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you with singing.” Zeph. 3:17
    Much love to you!

  4. Mark, I wish I were closer so that I could be of help to you and Liz. But since I am not, please know that you continue to be in my prayers. Being home will bring some comfort, and who can fail to smile with you puppies around?

  5. Starr shared your blog site with me. I’ve missed you at the Y. Was hoping for better news. Praying for you!
